Aeration unit for pond 20×30 meters

photo credit: ebbdogI was looking at an unit and I was wondering if this all I need. what I'm looking for is a complete system that is not too expensive. I have a pond that is about 20x30 meters. if this is not a complete system, could you please give me a list of parts in addition to the unit. I don't know much about areation, so the easier the better.
