Building a waterfall for a turtle pond

I have just built a pond in my backyard for pond turtles. I have a waterfall and I need to know what can I use to stick the rocks and slate together on the waterfall. Your website was given to me by a pond person who said you might have the answers. Please let me know if you have something I would order from you if it would work. Thanks
