Koi lighting for quarantine
Good morning. I have three new (and expensive) koi in quarantine in your 450-gallon holding tank in the garage. I plan to keep them there through the winter. Right now, light is afforded by two 100-watt flood lights, a window and two-car garage door when it's open. What light would you recommend for the Koi's health and color? I'd prefer a screw-in bulb to a "workshop" light-type fixture. Also, should they get some degree of UV light to emulate the sun's rays?
